As a marketer, I needed a quick and easy way to tweak landing pages messages targeted at buyer personas, without having to go through Engineering for small changes. Google Tag Manager let me do just that.
Now that I’m a techno crab, what should I do? I have a lot of tools at my disposal that allow me to hack these shapes, which are all flat, sitting on a flat canvas. So what if I unflatten them by adding depth?
So the other day my boss forwards me this link, saying 'Google wants you to play with their home page as part of a job application.' I open the link and I'm greeted with a doodled Google page, plus some instructions...

I first learned about git at a startup I worked for, but I never really learned it. So it made sense that, since I wanted to start this blog and it involved Github, I should learn more about it.

Last week, my friend Mateus Interciso sent me this link about Einstein@Home, which is a BOINC project where you can help researchers find new neutron stars, by using your own computer's idle time to analyze sensors' data. Basically, it's crowdsourcing science. Why not?

Configuring Jekyll

I didn't land straight on Jekyll. My needs were not fancy: I didn't want to give up my geeky side and go with a simple, WYSIWYG type of tool. I wanted a configuration which I could set up by myself and that would allow some level of tweak-iness.
